Policies and Recommendations

GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in any of the massage therapy prices, memberships, gift cards, or gift certificates. 100% of your gratuity goes to the therapist for a job well done. We do provide a gratuity envelope for your convenience which can be left at the front desk or given directly to the therapist. Gratuities can also be added on to your credit or debit card at your request.
Standard gratuity percents range from 15% to 20%, based on the quality of your treatment.
Our therpaist sincerely want to be able to provide you with a World Class massage, relieve your stress, and earn your ongoing trust and business!

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED
When we make an appointment for you, we have reserved that time and your therapist specifically for you. We have a high demand for our therapist and therefore we do require a 24 hour notice of cancellation in order to rebook this time for another client. Full payment is charged for any cancellation without a 24 hour notice.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that sometimes you may arrive late. Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Your therapist will complete your massage therapy within the remaining time of your scheduled appointment so that an on time start will be honored for the next client's appointment following yours. Additional time cannot be extended past your scheduled time.

PROFESSIONALISM
Club R & R is strictly a professional massage therapy club. Any violation of this will result in immediate termination of the session without any refund. Club R & R also reserves the right to cancel any membership in the event of inappropriate behavior without any refund.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In case of inclement weather, we will always make our best efforts to contact you should cancellation be necessary. We recommend to call ahead of your scheduled appointment in case of ice or snow.
